## Description

We're hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to own and drive the smooth execution of core finance operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll, treasury, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong accounting fundamentals, a hands-on ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage accounts receivable operations, including timely preparation and issuance of customer invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and driving collection efforts to minimize aged receivables.
-   Manage accounts payable processes, including review, verification, recording, and timely settlement of supplier invoices in accordance with approved payment terms..
-   Process monthly payroll by validating payroll inputs, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
-   Record accruals, intercompany transactions, and other accounting entries in the ERP system, ensuring supporting documentation is verified, maintained, and readily accessible for audit and compliance purposes.
-   Manage treasury operations, including execution of approved payments, monitoring bank receipts, and performing regular bank reconciliations.
-   Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedules and revenue/debtor reconciliations against the accounting ERP.
-   Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded within prescribed timelines.
-   Prepare and submit GST/SST returns and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
-   Assist in interim and year end audits, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
-   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations, with demonstrated ownership of financial processes and strong attention to detail.
-   Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, treasury management, payroll, and statutory compliance requirements.
-   Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems (such as Xero, Tally or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-   Technology-forward mindset with a willingness to leverage AI-powered tools.
-   Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-   Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
-   High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
