### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
-   Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
-   Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
-   Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

## Requirements

**Experience**

-   5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

**Industry Knowledge**

-   Strong familiarity with the **financial services industry**.

**Technical Exposure**

-   Hands-on experience working with **CRM** and **Martech platforms**.

**Soft Skills**

-   Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

**Location & Availability**

-   Available to work **onsite in the UAE** for the full **4-month duration**.
-   Available to start **by the last week of February**.
