**Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative**  
**Join our client’s team in Greece – with the option to work from home (in Greece only)!**

Our client, a global leader in customer experience, is looking for talented **Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives** to join their growing team in **Greece** – either **on-site in Athens** or **from the comfort of your home in Greece**!

**About the role:**  
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

-   Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat with inquiries, orders, or issues
-   Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
-   Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
-   Work with internal systems and online tools
-   Be part of a supportive, multicultural team

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for:**

-   Fluency in **Spanish** and a good level of **English**
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Basic computer skills
-   A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
-   Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required!
