We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented QA Tester to support us on a project basis as we continue to develop and improve our web and mobile platforms.

**What you'll be doing**

As a QA Tester, you will work closely with our developers, product manager and designer to ensure our platform delivers a smooth, reliable and high-quality user experience across both web and mobile applications.

This role involves both manual and automated testing, helping identify issues early and ensuring features are thoroughly tested before release.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
-   Execute and support automated testing processes
-   Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans
-   Identify, document and track bugs using issue tracking tools
-   Verify bug fixes and validate releases
-   Test across browsers, devices and operating systems
-   Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
-   Help improve QA processes and testing workflows

## Requirements

-   Experience with manual QA testing for SaaS, web and mobile applications
-   Familiarity with automated testing tools and workflows
-   Excellent attention to detail
-   Ability to clearly document bugs and communicate findings
-   Understanding of responsive design and mobile testing practices
-   Great English communication skills
-   French speaking is a plus
