Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic **Scrum Master cum Project Coordinator** with strong experience in Agile practices and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the **Insurance domain** and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely delivery of projects

### Mandatory Requirements

-   **4–6 years of total experience**
-   **Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance domain (mandatory)**
-   Willingness to work **onsite in Malaysia (no remote option)**

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Act as a **Scrum Master** for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
-   Ensure the team follows **Agile/Scrum best practices** and remove impediments
-   Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution
-   Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
-   Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
-   Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
-   Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
-   Drive continuous improvement within the team
-   Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM) are a plus
-   Experience working in **Insurance** projects
-   Exposure to global or enterprise-level projects
