**Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)**

**Location:** Missouri  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**About the Job**

We’re looking for licensed therapists in Missouri who are comfortable working independently and providing consistent care in a remote setting. We’re open to **LMFT, LCSW, and LPC** candidates. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule, an ongoing caseload, and the support of a clinical team when consultation is needed. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays on top of documentation, and takes a practical, thoughtful approach to client care.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Complete assessments and identify areas to address in treatment
-   Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
-   Use appropriate therapeutic approaches throughout care
-   Keep progress notes and clinical records current
-   Review client progress and make changes when needed

## Requirements

-   Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
-   Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
-   Experience in clinical therapy settings
-   Ability to work full-time remotely
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
