### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
-   Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
-   Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvements.
-   Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues professionally.
-   Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices to serve clients effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a positive attitude towards new experiences.
-   Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are an asset.
