## Description

Apt Resources is looking for a Russian-speaking Export Sales Manager with specialized knowledge and experience in the Polyurethane (PU) industry. This role focuses on expanding export sales within Russian-speaking markets and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by leveraging their industry expertise and market insights.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage and grow export sales channels in Russian-speaking countries.
-   Develop and execute export sales strategies for PU-based flexible packaging laminating adhesive products.
-   Manage and expand relationships with converters, packaging manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts.
-   Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the flexible packaging and laminating adhesive sectors.
-   Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
-   Coordinate with production, logistics, technical, and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Represent the company at industry exhibitions, packaging events, and customer meetings.
-   Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
-   Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
-   At least 5 years of export sales experience in PU-based flexible packaging laminating adhesives.
-   Proven experience selling polyurethane-based laminating adhesives to the flexible packaging industry.
-   Strong network and market knowledge within the flexible packaging sector.
-   Strong track record of meeting or exceeding export sales targets.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of export processes, regulations, and documentation.
-   Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
-   Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
-   Candidates must be currently based in Russia
