## Description

Level: Senior Consultant

Location: Singapore

Role:

• Manage and Monitor Autosys job execution

• Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues to provide root cause analysis and

resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues

• Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions

• Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support

• Coordinate with Devops teams to ensure proper deployment of sprint releases

• Participate as part of weekend rooster and respond to production issues after business

hours

• Identify opportunities for process/performance improvements
