**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Rhode Island  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Summary**

We are seeking an **LMFT** for a remote telehealth role providing therapy services to Rhode Island clients. The focus of this position is consistent clinical care, structured documentation, and treatment planning that supports measurable progress. This is a full-time weekday role designed for clinicians who value professionalism, clarity, and stable scheduling.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need
-   Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR
-   Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
-   Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes
-   Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking
-   Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required
-   Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards

## Requirements

-   Active **Rhode Island LMFT** license in good standing
-   Master’s degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure
-   Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred)
-   Strong time management and documentation accuracy
-   Professional communication and telehealth readiness
