## Description

**Schedule** - 10 -12 hours per week; 15-40 weeks potential term of employment, possibility for additional weeks to be determined. **Early morning and occasional evening hours may be assigned.**

Responsibilities

-   Administer in-person and/or electronic nursing examinations according to established protocols
-   Verify student identity and enforce testing rules and procedures
-   Monitor students during exams to prevent academic dishonesty
-   Provide clear instructions to students prior to testing and address procedural questions
-   Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or academic integrity concerns
-   Set up and prepare testing spaces, including distribution and collection of materials
-   Ensure proper use and security of testing software and equipment
-   Coordinate with nursing faculty and administrative staff regarding scheduling and accommodations
-   Support students with approved testing accommodations in compliance with ADA guidelines
-   Maintain confidentiality of all examination materials and student records

## Requirements

-   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
-   Prior experience in test proctoring, education, or healthcare setting strongly preferred
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies consistently
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills
-   Ability to manage multiple students in a controlled environment
-   Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or testing platform software
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
-   Early morning & evening availability
