\*\*Scouting

\- Actively source new technology partners following our internal scouting framework

\- Attend industry events (meetup, partner events, conferences, etc.)

\- Reach out and meet with potential partners (startups, companies, etc.)

\- Identify potential partners and report/introduce them to the HQ for collaboration opportunities

\- Connect with internal teams to identify areas of interest to focus scouting efforts

\- Communicate clearly with startups, companies, universities, or research centers about expectations, goals, and status of different projects

\*\*Reporting

\- Continually update multiple internal documentation to reflect latest state of affairs and knowledge

\- Prepare presentations/reports to show scouting results to internal teams

\- Prepare due diligence reports to assess and compare potential partners

\- Research, analyze and prepare reports to share market trends

\- Craft intelligence presentations to share scouting knowledge

\- Elaborate new frameworks to synthesize new insights

\- Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders

\- General support of IPC intelligence needs

\*\*Procurement

\- Actively communicate with key suppliers to find if any procurement related (lead time, delivery schedules, etc.) issue occur

\- As a part of SCM Risk management team, actively seek and report out to HQ if national disaster occurs

## Requirements

\[Qualifications\]

\-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experience

\-Full proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

\-Outstanding verbal and written communication and influence skills

\-Self-starter with analytical and business acumen

\-Possess strong organizational, time-management skills

\-Multitask and prioritize workload and determine priorities

\-Detailed-oriented and results-driven

\-Ability to identify and articulate useful problem statements, user needs, use cases

\-Generate spreadsheets, reports, data and other information for presentations

\-Strong written and verbal communication skill in English/Korean is required
