**Role Overview**  
We are looking for an on-site, talented and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) with a proven track record in online pharmacy. The ideal candidate will hold an independent prescriber qualification and have experience working in an on-site weight loss service. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team to achieve the company’s performance targets and KPIs.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage the daily operations of SIBIE’s online pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and customer service.
-   Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy meets all legal and ethical requirements, including GPhC and MHRA regulations.
-   Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and professional development.
-   Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy’s customer base, improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
-   Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve the company’s sales and performance KPIs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
-   Ensure seamless integration of new services and products, while optimising existing operations to improve the customer experience.
-   Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer feedback and industry trends to adapt and innovate in a competitive market.
-   Develop relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers and healthcare professionals to expand the pharmacy’s reach and services.
-   Drive initiatives that enhance the pharmacy’s digital presence, improve marketing efforts and optimise the online customer journey.

**Requirements**

-   GPhC registration
-   Independent Prescriber
-   6+ months of prescribing experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing pharmacy operations.
-   Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
-   Excellent understanding of UK pharmacy regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and safety standards.
-   Commercially astute with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
