## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP)**

**Location:** South Carolina, Remote  
**Role Type:** Full-Time  
**Pay Range:** $115,000-$120,000 per year, plus full benefits  
**Regular Hours:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an independently licensed therapist to help South Carolina clients address mental health concerns within the context of their relationships, families, and daily environments.

This is a practical, client-facing position. You will conduct telehealth appointments, determine appropriate treatment priorities, help clients develop useful strategies, and document their progress. You will also recognize when clients need a higher level of care or support from another provider and coordinate those next steps.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete initial interviews, psychosocial assessments, and clinical screenings
-   Provide remote therapy for individuals, couples, and family systems
-   Work with clients experiencing conflict, separation, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, or major transitions
-   Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings and client priorities
-   Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques during scheduled video sessions
-   Review progress and update goals throughout the course of care
-   Conduct risk assessments and follow clinical safety procedures
-   Prepare complete and accurate clinical notes within required timeframes

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related clinical field
-   Active and unrestricted South Carolina LMFT, LPC, or LISW-CP license
-   LICSW candidates must be eligible for South Carolina licensure or approved telehealth practice
-   Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk evaluation
-   Ability to maintain clear and accurate electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private setting for virtual sessions
-   Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
