## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our **IT infrastructure and endpoint devices**, providing advanced technical support, and driving continuous improvement in our operational processes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in IT operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Infrastructure Management:**

·       Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

·       Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems and services.

·       Manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure).

·       Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure proactive identification of potential issues.

·       Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.

**Endpoint (Computer) Support:**

·       Provide advanced support for endpoint devices (Windows and Macbooks)

·       Ensure the proper deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications.

·       Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.

·       Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and end-users

**Backup and Disaster Recovery:**

·       Manage backup solution to ensure data integrity and availability.

·       Perform regular backup tests and updates.

## Requirements

**Education and Experience:**

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.

**Technical Skills**

·       Strong knowledge of server, storage and network administration.

·       Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V).

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Active directory and Office 365

·       Familiarity with IT monitoring tools (Zabbix)

·       Familiarity with FortiGate Firewalls

·       Knowledge in Veeam Backup solution

·       Expertise in endpoint management and support, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

·       Knowledge of endpoint security measures and management tools.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
