Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Aviation industry. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and travelers in Portugal and beyond.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide timely solutions.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, routes, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
-   Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.
-   Promote a positive company image while providing high-quality service.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sectors, is preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
