## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking German-speaking Financial Customer Experts to join our growing team in Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers regarding financial products and services.
-   Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
-   Stay updated on industry developments, financial regulations, and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English.
-   Previous experience in financial customer service or a related field is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer orientation.
-   Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
-   Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management abilities.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
