### **🌟 Senior IT Security Manager**

We’re looking for an experienced **Senior IT Security Manager** to take ownership of IT security, compliance, infrastructure operations, and day‑to‑day IT support across a fast‑moving, modern SaaS environment.

### **🔐 About the Role**

This is a broad and influential position covering four key areas:

### **1️⃣ Reactive IT Support (20–25%)**

You’ll lead the internal IT helpdesk function, ensuring smooth access management, device setup, SaaS administration, and onboarding/offboarding workflows. Expect a mix of predictable tasks and fast‑moving ad‑hoc support.

### **2️⃣ Security & Compliance (25–30%)**

You’ll be the guardian of the organisation’s security posture — monitoring controls, managing audits, reviewing vulnerabilities, handling incident response, and driving continuous compliance across frameworks such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials.

### **3️⃣ Infrastructure & Operations (20–25%)**

You’ll oversee the device fleet, MDM platforms, network and AV equipment, hardware lifecycle, and vendor relationships. This includes provisioning, policy enforcement, and ensuring operational resilience.

### **4️⃣ Strategic Security Projects (25–30%)**

You’ll lead long‑term initiatives including security roadmap delivery, policy development, security awareness training, business continuity planning, and vendor risk management.

### **🧩 What You’ll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day**

-   Managing user access, SaaS tools, and device provisioning
-   Monitoring security alerts, email authentication, and vulnerability reports
-   Coordinating incident response and cross‑functional security escalations
-   Maintaining compliance tooling and supporting external audits
-   Overseeing MDM, endpoint protection, and zero‑trust network tooling
-   Running security awareness and phishing simulation programmes
-   Managing vendor risk assessments and tooling renewals
-   Collaborating with People, Finance, Engineering, and leadership teams

### **🛠️ Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With**

(Experience with all is not required — but familiarity with similar platforms is ideal.)

-   Identity & access management
-   macOS/Windows MDM platforms
-   Email security and endpoint protection
