**Where you come in?**

The Temporary Actuarial Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart their career in the insurance sector. You'll work closely with senior actuaries and analysts to support pricing models, data analysis, and reporting processes. Your work will provide essential insights that contribute to the pricing strategies and risk assessment that keep Ki at the forefront of the industry.

**What you will be doing: 🖋️**

-   Assisting in the development and maintenance of pricing models, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
-   Conducting data analysis to identify trends, valuations, and risk factors that inform underwriting processes.
-   Supporting the team in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and insights.
-   Collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and clear communication of actuarial assumptions.
-   Engaging in ad-hoc projects and analyses as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of actuarial practices within Ki.

## Requirements

-   A relevant degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
-   Strong analytical skills with a good foundation in quantitative analysis.
-   An understanding of actuarial principles and practices is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SQL or other programming languages is a plus.
-   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
-   A motivated self-starter with a keen interest in the insurance industry.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
