We make the biggest impact when the right people are connected to the right projects at the right time. This is why we're looking for an Operations & Resource Coordinator to help keep our business and our projects running smoothly.

**What you’ll be doing**

You'll play a central role in coordinating resources, supporting project administration and maintaining the operational processes that help our teams do their jobs brilliantly. This will see you:

-   reviewing project and resource requests through Monday.com
-   ensuring project briefs, budgets and job numbers are in place before work begins
-   coordinating associate onboarding, bookings and purchase orders
-   producing resource, project and operational reports
-   monitoring project data, budgets and billing status
-   supporting tender administration and submissions
-   maintaining operational records, dashboards and documentation
-   identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and ways of working.

## Requirements

### **About you**

Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities without dropping any balls, you’ll thrive here. You’ll come to the role with:

-   strong administrative and organisational skills
-   experience using project management, workflow or resource planning systems – ideally Monday.com
-   strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-   confidence working with data, reporting and dashboards
-   intermediate to advanced Excel skills
-   a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
