**LOCATION: Oak Lawn Area | Near Craddock Park**

**SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm**

**Pay rate: $21 - $23**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Administrative Assistant** to support the daily operations of a residential community.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting property management operations while delivering exceptional service to residents, vendors, and internal teams.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Provide administrative support for daily property management operations
-   Assist residents with questions, requests, and general account updates
-   Process and manage work orders, compliance items, and community documentation
-   Prepare correspondence, maintain records, and upload/scanning documents as needed
-   Coordinate vendor bids and assist with meeting scheduling and preparation
-   Manage pool cards, gate remotes, access codes, and resident access requests
-   Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to inquiries promptly
-   Maintain organized files, reports, and office records
-   Support building safety procedures and report concerns to management
-   Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   Previous experience in property management, condominium, apartment, or hospitality environments preferred
-   Strong customer service and communication skills
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
-   Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Professional demeanor with a proactive and team-oriented attitude

**Education & Experience**

-   High school diploma or equivalent required
-   Experience with administrative support, customer service, or property management operations preferred
