## Description

**Remote · Full-time · $1.5K–$2.5K/month + uncapped performance bonuses**

Hi, I’m Yente, co-founder of [Primal Storm](https://www.primal-storm.com/).

In nine months, we grew from having no customers and a $1,000 CPA to generating more than $1 million in monthly revenue. Our next goal is to reach $5 million in monthly revenue by December.

We are looking for an AI Performance Video Editor to help us achieve it.

## Requirements

**What you'll actually do:**

-   Edit 6-20 performance ads per week for campaigns with active advertising spend.
-   Create hyperrealistic AI UGC, animated ads and high-quality voiceovers.
-   Produce AI song ads and animations in styles such as 3D and claymation.
-   Develop new hooks, concepts and variations based on performance data.
-   Analyse results and improve creatives through continuous testing and iteration.
-   Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
-   Communicate progress clearly and identify potential blockers early.
-   Take ownership of deadlines and maintain a high level of responsiveness.

**Performance Bonus System**

Every ad earns XP based on the advertising spend it generates. As your XP level increases, so does your bonus multiplier.

**This role may Not be the right fit If you:**

-   Focus primarily on visual quality without considering advertising performance.
-   Require frequent follow-ups or regularly miss deadlines.
-   Are only available for part-time or short-term work.

**Who we’re looking for:**

-   **At least one year o**f experience creating performance ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.
-   **A strong portfolio** demonstrating direct-response and performance-focused work.
-   **Experience producing realistic AI UGC** that feels natural and authentic.
-   **Experience creating AI-generated** song ads, animations and voiceovers.
-   A clear understanding of **how creative decisions affect advertising performance.**
-   The ability to manage **a fast-paced, high-volume production schedule.**
-   **Strong communication, accountability** and attention to detail.
-   **Full-time availability** and interest in a long-term collaboration.
