**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

### Location and Role Details

Location: Peoria, Illinois

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

### Job Summary

This full-time telehealth position gives you space to focus on direct client care. In this LCSW role, you will provide structured therapy, create realistic treatment goals, and support clients as they work through clinical therapy, psychosocial care, adjustment support, and client progress planning. It is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, documents clearly, and values consistent client follow-through.

This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client’s progress.

### Responsibilities

·        Conduct telehealth counseling sessions from a private, professional remote workspace

·        Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning

·        Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving strategies

·        Prepare assessments, progress notes, and care plan updates

·        Recognize when a higher level of care or outside referral may be appropriate

·        Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clear clinical judgment

## Requirements

·        Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing

·        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure

·        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

·        Comfort using electronic health records, secure video tools, and remote documentation workflows.

·        Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
