We’re looking for an IT Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student who is eager to launch their career in IT and gain hands-on experience in a modern, fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside our IT team, supporting our head office, remote employees and retail studios while learning the fundamentals of in-house IT operations. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator.  

_This Internship will take place from August 31st to December 18th, 2026_

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Provide Level 1 IT Support by assisting with hardware, software and user account issues across office, remote and retail environments 
-   Shadow our IT Support Technician before independently managing support tickets 
-   Create and maintain clear IT documentation, including support guides, system processes, software licensing, internet services and mobility resources
-   Asist with hardware inventory and asset management by organizing equipment, preparing retired devices for responsible recycling and updating records in our asset management platform 
-   Support the rollout of a new hardware recycling initiative and help improve inventory organization
-   Contribute to IT onboarding improvements by collaborating with the HR team 
-   Learn about enterprise technologies including our Ubiquiti ecosystem (Network, Protect and Access) and the day to day operations of an in-house IT Team

## Requirements

### About You:

-   Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, with plans to return to school following the Internship 
-   Comfortable using macOS, Windows, and IOS in everyday environments 
-   Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Proactive and eager to learn in a collaborative environment 
-   Familiarity with Google Workspace is considered an asset
-   Fluent in English and French is considered a strong asset
