## Description

### Job Responsibilities

-   Identify and acquire prospective clients across the property, finance, management, sustainability, mining, and plantation sectors.
-   Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
-   Develop and lead project proposals, including project budgets and cost estimates.
-   Manage the commercial pipeline systematically, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and prioritization.
-   Build strategic partnerships with institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
-   Collaborate with the Consultation Services Manager to align delivery capacity with new business opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, ideally within the consulting or professional services industry.
-   Possess an extensive network across the corporate, institutional, and/or government sectors.
-   Good understanding of consulting business models, including project scope, pricing, and delivery.
-   Proven ability to develop project proposals and budgets.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a target- and results-oriented mindset.
