## Description

Marval Camping Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused **Seasonal Front Desk Associate** to help create memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do

-   Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
-   Check guests in and out efficiently.
-   Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
-   Make and manage campground reservations.
-   Process payments and maintain accurate records.
-   Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
-   Assist guests with questions or concerns and resolve issues promptly.
-   Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
-   Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-   Proficient and comfortable using computers and learning reservation software.
-   Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
-   Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
-   Positive attitude and professional appearance.
-   Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
