## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and maintain backend services for the Welpay platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.  
\- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.  
\- Design and implement data storage solutions, ensuring data security and integrity.  
\- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  
\- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation.  
\- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.  
\- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the platform.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience as a backend developer, preferably in the fintech industry.  
\- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.  
\- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.  
\- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.  
\- Understanding of security and data protection principles.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
