## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce QA Lead** to lead testing activities across Salesforce initiatives and integrations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Salesforce knowledge, QA leadership, and the ability to drive testing from planning through execution and release.

**This is a 1-year contract opportunity.**

### Responsibilities

-   Lead QA activities for Salesforce projects, including test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
-   Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans and end-to-end test scenarios based on project scope and requirements.
-   Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression and UAT testing.
-   Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and other QA teams.
-   Ensure appropriate testing coverage across Salesforce, APIs, integrations, data flows and impacted systems.
-   Identify testing risks, gaps and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
-   Coordinate test data, environments and execution across participating teams.
-   Lead defect triage and provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks and release readiness.
-   Identify opportunities to improve regression coverage and introduce test automation where appropriate.

## Requirements

-   **5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience.**
-   Proven experience leading QA activities for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
-   Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including **Lightning, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud**.
-   Strong experience with functional, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.
-   Experience testing **APIs, integrations and data flows** between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
-   Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios.
-   Experience with test and defect management tools such as **Azure DevOps, Jira or similar**.
-   Experience with test automation for Salesforce or enterprise applications is an asset.
-   Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive testing activities independently.
