## Description

Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Agricultural Farm Cleaning Supervisor for our VIP client in Abu Dhabi UAE. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all facilities across the farms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing a dedicated cleaning team, implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple farm locations
-   Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
-   Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and health regulations in all areas
-   Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement
-   Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage
-   Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
-   Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning-related needs and concerns

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
-   Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed
-   Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary

## Benefits

The salary is AED 3,000 plus free accommodation, food, and other benefits as per labor law.
