## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform, helping clients work through relationship stress, family conflict, emotional concerns, life transitions, and communication challenges.

**Location:** Maryland  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
-   Complete clinical assessments and create treatment plans based on client needs.
-   Support clients with relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication issues, stress, anxiety, grief, and life changes.
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
-   Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
-   Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth counseling.
-   Coordinate with internal clinical or administrative teams when needed.
-   Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries in a remote care setting.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
-   Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing.
-   Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
-   Comfortable delivering care through secure telehealth platforms.
-   Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
