We are currently seeking a **General Superintendent - Senior Supervisor** to provide senior field construction leadership on a major mining and construction project. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing construction execution, coordinating frontline supervision, managing resources and contractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide overall field construction leadership and direction across assigned project scopes.
-   Directly oversee and support up to six frontline supervisors.
-   Manage construction execution, schedules, milestones, and project priorities.
-   Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and support project delivery.
-   Manage contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.
-   Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture in the field.
-   Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
-   Coordinate traffic management and site logistics as required.
-   Coordinate QA/QC, surveying, engineering, and construction activities.
-   Monitor construction progress and identify issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or safety.
-   Provide mentoring, coaching, and leadership to frontline supervisors and construction personnel.
-   Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, Engineers, and other project stakeholders to support successful project execution.

**Position Details**

**  
Rotation: 15 days on / 13 days off  
Shift: 12-hour shifts  
Camp & Flights: Camp accommodations and flights to and from site are provided.**

## Requirements

-   Extensive experience in **mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments**.
-   Previous experience as a **Superintendent or General Superintendent**.
-   Strong field construction execution and leadership experience.
-   Demonstrated experience managing and developing frontline supervisors.
-   Strong understanding of construction scheduling, milestones, and resource optimization.
-   Experience with contractor management and construction coordination.
-   Strong knowledge of risk assessment, traffic management, safety leadership, and field execution.
-   Experience coordinating QA/QC and surveying activities.
-   Strong mentoring, coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple construction scopes and priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
