As a Polish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and innovative environment dedicated to player satisfaction and community engagement.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and empathetic support to Polish-speaking players via multiple channels, including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues promptly and effectively.
-   Collect and relay player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.
-   Contribute to updating support documentation and knowledge base resources.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach towards players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
