## Description

Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
-   Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
-   Assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activities
-   Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
-   Must have a All PPE (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and Steel Toed Boots)
-   Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on time

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
-   Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
-   Strong work ethic and reliability
-   Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-   Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
