AF Collision is a trusted, locally-owned collision repair shop serving American Fork and the surrounding area. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. As our current Parts Coordinator is moving, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help keep our shop running smoothly.

**Position Summary**

The **Parts Coordinator** plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing the flow of parts in and out of the shop. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy with data entry, and a customer service mindset. Prior experience with auto parts or in a body shop environment is a plus, but not required.

**Responsibilities**

-   Order parts needed for repair jobs in a timely manner.
-   Receive, inspect, and distribute parts to technicians.
-   Enter invoices and maintain accurate records.
-   Handle return parts and ensure proper credits are captured.
-   Keep the parts room organized and perform regular audits.
-   Answer phones and provide professional customer service.
-   Assist estimators with walk-in customers as needed.
-   Support the team with additional shop duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy shop environment.
-   Previous experience with auto parts or in a collision/repair shop is a plus.
-   Basic computer skills (experience with shop management systems helpful).
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
