### The Role

We’re looking for four new Business Development Representatives to join our Chicago office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for our Sales Engineers through a mix of marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting/cold calling.

When we say “Cold Calling,” we mean highly targeted leads, not a shotgun approach. You’ll be equipped with a suite of top-tier prospecting tools to maximize your efficiency and conversion rate. Expect to make 50–100 outbound dials per day, depending on your conversion rates.

## Requirements

-   1-3 years of sales experience in an outbound environment, B2B preferred.
-   A genuine love of learning. Our solutions can be complex, and we want someone who is motivated to become a true expert in our field.
-   The ability to explain complicated ideas in simple, compelling ways.
-   A coachable mindset. Our playbook works and those who embrace it consistently exceed their targets and earn exceptional income.
-   A passion for outbound prospecting and lead generation.

### Compensation & Details

-   Base salary: $50,000, with an expected first-year OTE of $70,000–$90,000.
-   This is an in-office role based out of our Chicago office (River North).
