## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Italian-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidates will provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the transportation sector, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and professional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.
-   Handle booking processes, scheduling, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and other channels.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
-   Stay informed on transportation policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
-   Proactively identify improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within transportation or logistics sectors.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
-   Capacity to multitask and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is beneficial.
-   Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to deliver excellent service.
-   Willingness to work and live in Greece, embracing a multicultural workplace.
