## Description

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a **Staff Associate** with strong academic credentials and **two to eight years** of litigation experience to join its **Employment & Labor practice group** in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
-   Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.
-   Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work.
-   Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.

## Requirements

_Personal Attributes_

-   Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
-   Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
-   Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound judgment and accountability.

_Technical Skills_

-   Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required).
-   Experience with ADA accessibility law is preferred.
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice.

_Other Requirements_

-   Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
-   Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.
