Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a Leading Tech Firm in Athens, Greece. In this key role, you will provide high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with technical inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. Your expertise and communication skills will help ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese
-   Assist customers with technical questions, product usage, and troubleshooting
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
-   Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and company policies
-   Participate in ongoing training and professional development

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology sector
-   Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
-   Proficiency with customer support software and tools
