## Description

The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members in order to perform duties effectively. The following are the responsibilities of a Supervisor:

-   Protect staff of TCL
-   Protection of physical assets of Rendeavour.
-   Protect Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors.
-   Close Protection of Rendeavour Executives and families.
-   Provide escort duties to Rendeavour Executives and families.
-   Respond to emergency situations, including suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches, in accordance with laid-down security plans.
-   Respond to fire outbreaks and coordinate with external fire responders as necessary.
-   Provide Supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team.
-   Coordinate with the Armed CIPU officers on security matters.
-   Submit daily shift report to the Security Manager

## Requirements

-   High School Certificate, minimum qualification
-   Prior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service.
-   Relevant firearm license and training
-   Clear criminal record
-   Familiarity with report writing
-   Excellent surveillance and observation skill
