## Description

Overview of the Role

The **Salesforce Administrator** plays a pivotal role in the Wealth Tech (Platform) team by managing, optimising, and extending Vesta, Ironbark's core Salesforce instance. This role bridges day-to-day operational support and strategic configuration, delivering standard to complex project builds independently while mentoring junior team members to maintain high platform stability and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

-   Independently design, build, and maintain functional enhancements within Vesta using declarative tools, with a heavy emphasis on advanced Salesforce Flow, custom fields, and page layouts.
-   Continuously monitor and improve existing configurations and automations to support evolving financial services workflows.
-   Ensure data models and visibility settings are strictly maintained in alignment with company data privacy standards.
-   Act as the key escalation point for complex support cases raised by internal business users.
-   Diagnose, debug, and resolve platform issues, integration errors, and system defects to meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
-   Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation for all new solutions to ensure they can be easily maintained and reused by the broader team.
-   Provide informal mentoring and troubleshooting guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support associates.
-   Assist in the testing, validation, and release management phases of project deployments.

## Requirements

-   Three to four years’ worth of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration—hands-on experience administering Salesforce environments (Financial Services Cloud experience highly regarded).
-   Proven track record of delivering configuration components as part of a structured project team.
-   Strong technical proficiency in building complex Flows and establishing robust data models.
-   Demonstrated experience translating business user needs into functional technical specifications.
-   Certifications Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder
-   Achieved or actively working towards a specialist certification (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Tableau, Slack, Business Analyst, Strategy, Platform Developer, Architect)
