## Description

An established European furniture manufacturer, part of one of the largest business groups in the Baltics, is looking for an ambitious **Business Development Manager** to accelerate international growth and strengthen relationships with strategic customers.

**Your Mission** 

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing new customer relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and contributing to the company's long-term commercial growth in international markets. 

### Key Responsibilities 

-   Develop and implement business growth strategies in assigned markets. 
-   Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and business opportunities. 
-   Build long-term partnerships with furniture retailers, distributors, and other industry players. 
-   Manage the full commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiations and account development. 
-   Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. 
-   Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. 
-   Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to deliver successful customer solutions. 
-   Contribute to the long-term commercial strategy and growth of the business.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within B2B environments. 

-   Experience in furniture, interiors, home living, or related industries. 

-   Track record of developing new business and building long-term customer relationships. 

-   Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset. 

-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

-   Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently. 

-   Fluency in English. 

-   Willingness to travel internationally.
