## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment, in collaboration with Supercell Games, is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Player Support Specialist to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are fluent in Norwegian and passionate about gaming, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading mobile game developer and contribute to delivering outstanding player support.

As a Norwegian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Norwegian-speaking players by providing timely, empathetic, and effective support. You will work closely with the team to enhance the player experience and contribute to the community’s satisfaction.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication platforms.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues promptly and professionally.
-   Gather and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and customer support processes.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows and player satisfaction.
-   Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base content.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with players.
-   Ability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
