## Description

Deliver provided lesson plans across secondary subjects when teachers are absent.

Manage classroom behavior and maintain a focused, positive learning environment.

Adapt lesson delivery to support varied student needs and learning styles.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant teaching staff.

Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe, orderly classroom.

## Requirements

-   Strong classroom management and behaviour control skills.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills with students.
-   Ability to follow and implement predefined lesson plans.
-   Flexibility to teach different subjects and age levels.
-   Organisation and punctuality in lesson and record management.
-   Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
