- Contribute to safe prescribing through accurate assessment and clear clinical recommendations.
- Maintain professional accountability for clinical decisions made within own scope of practice.

**3\. Documentation and Clinical Governance**

- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical documentation for every patient interaction.
- Produce clear clinical records that support continuity of care and prescribing decisions.

- Manage an allocated caseload effectively, balancing clinical activity with administration and governance responsibilities.
- Support efficient service delivery through effective diary management and prioritisation of workload.
- Contribute positively to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

**5\. Professional Development**

- Maintain HCPC registration and practise in accordance with the HCPC Standards of Proficiency and Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
- Participate in regular supervision, reflective practice and appraisal.
- Complete mandatory training and maintain competence across all required clinical pathways.
- Continue developing knowledge in obesity management, lifestyle medicine, behaviour change and GLP-1 therapies.
