## Description

We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic and guest-focused Front Office professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing practical solutions to our guests.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure, as well as carrying out transportation duties to ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them during departure.
    
-   Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the hotel lobby.
    
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel, its facilities and services to respond effectively to guest enquiries.
    
-   Ensure proper shift handovers by obtaining relevant information from the previous shift.
    
-   Report all guest complaints or concerns promptly to the Manager on Duty.
    
-   Carry out transportation duties using the hotel car or bus as required.
    
-   Ensure the safe handling and proper control of guests' car keys.
    
-   Coordinate with the Shift Leader to ensure an effective handover to the night shift.
    
-   Build and maintain positive guest relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
    
-   Maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking areas and the key cabinet.
    
-   Ensure smooth, timely and efficient airport crew transportation operations.
    
-   Adhere to hotel safety standards, traffic regulations and company transportation policies at all times.

## Requirements

## Education, Qualifications & Experience

-   Ideally, vocational training or a relevant qualification in hospitality.
    
-   Previous experience in Front Office operations or hotel transportation services is preferred.
    
-   Good command of written and spoken English.
    
-   Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle driving licence.
    
-   Good knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
