## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a qualified Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Greek and English to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, investigating safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines. Your work will help ensure that all users have a secure and positive experience on our platforms.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and review user-generated content to detect and address potential violations of safety policies.
-   Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety policies and procedures.
-   Provide comprehensive reports and insights on safety trends and incidents to support management decisions.
-   Stay informed about current digital safety challenges and best practices to continually enhance safety measures.
-   Engage with users to promote awareness and education around digital trust and safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Experience in digital trust, safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and safety concerns effectively.
-   Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential online risks.
-   Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
