**Overview**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**_**,**_ in Central New York, is seeking a full-time Advanced Trained BC/BE Gastroenterologist.

-   **Salary Range: $520,000 - $600,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000**
-   **Location: Cooperstown, NY**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**

-   Join an established group of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice clinicians
-   Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
-   Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons
-   Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures and testing
-   Advanced skills in ERCP and EUS preferable
-   Educational focus – teach and mentor residents and medical students
-   Call guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4
-   Instant Referral Base provided with over 500 Network Clinicians
-   Strong interest in clinical G.I. and liver disease
-   EMR-EPIC

## Requirements

-   MD, DO or MBBS
-   BC/BE
-   Completion of an accredited USA Gastroenterology Fellowship
-   New York State Licensure
-   BLS Certification Required
-   DEA Required

## Benefits

**Compensation**

-   Salary Range: $520,000 - $600,000.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards_

-   Sign-On Bonus: up to $200,000
-   Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.  Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
