**What You’ll Do:**

-   Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
-   Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
-   Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
-   Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
-   Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
-   Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
-   Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
-   **Willingness to travel locally** between client homes and community sites.
