**The Role**

As a Commercial Graduate based in London, you will join our Commercial team and gain practical experience supporting the commercial management of major M&E projects across the UK.

Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will develop your understanding of contracts, cost control, valuations, procurement, variations and project reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support the Commercial team with project cost control and reporting.
-   Assist with valuations and applications for payment.
-   Support the administration of subcontractor accounts.
-   Assist with contract and commercial documentation.
-   Support the management and tracking of variations.
-   Assist with cost reporting and forecasting.
-   Maintain accurate commercial records.
-   Support procurement and supplier activities.
-   Work collaboratively with project and finance teams.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
-   Strong numerical and analytical skills.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Strong organisational skills.
-   Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
-   Good communication skills.
-   Interest in the commercial management of construction projects.
-   Willingness to work in a project/site environment.
