### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support for Fitbit products to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with troubleshooting device issues, usage guidance, and product details.
-   Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues efficiently.
-   Stay updated with the latest Fitbit product developments through ongoing training.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Clearly state your native language and nationality on your CV and/or cover letter.
-   Experience in customer support, particularly in technology or consumer electronics, is a plus.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation fully covered by the company.
